Construction started two months ago as part of an expansion process of the temperature controlled area, with and exhaustive care of the flows.
As a result of the expansion, 56,000 sqft are reached, of which 27,000 sqft are temperature controlled (59 ºF to 77 ºF). There are also three cold chambers (36 ºF to 46 ºF) totaling 2,150 sqft.
The growth allows today to have more than 4,000 pallet positions and a picking area of 3,500 skus, with 1,800 positions in controlled temperature and 180 positions in the cold chambers. In addition, a system of airlocks for the entry and exit of merchandise was implemented.
